Client-Firm Relationship…more insight from our board meeting

Operation Kids wants to have a Client-Firm Relationship with its donors. How that works in other Client-Firm relationships is that a firm:
• Listens to a client, to their goals, needs, history
• Designs a plan for that client, tailored to goals and objectives
• Manages the client’s “portfolio,” making sure their “investments” are protected, monitored and measured

This is what we will do for charity clients in the future. And it does not matter if you donate $1 or $1 million, every relationship matters.

But we wanted to take it a step further. What if you found a firm that not only did all of this, but was so confident in their product that they offered to match your money?

This is where we really separate from the industry. With our years of experience designing giving, vetting charities and managing projects, we realized we can do for donors something that has never been done: manage their giving. We also realized that based on growth of our own resources, we are poised to offer a partnership approach to donors.

If you are a corporation, imagine a charitable strategist who would:
• Assess your interests, your needs, goals
• Research the areas you would like to impact
• Create a program that accomplishes your goals
• Identify the most efficient and effective charities and programs
• Provide project management: each and every dollar goes into action
• Report back with measurable results
• Coordinate media opportunities and make sure you get every benefit of giving
– Celebrities: we will find the right one
– Live event or Gala: we will create it
– Online marketing and/or PR campaign: we implement it
And, Operation Kids will match a portion of your dollars, insuring that every dollar you give is not only managed, but leveraged!

If you are an individual or private foundation, we will:

• Assess your interests, needs and goals
• Research the area you would like to impact
• Create a program that accomplishes your goals
• Identify the most efficient and effective charities and programs
• Provide project management
• Report back with measurable results
– You likely would not need marketing advise, but we will offer you something no one has ever offered:
• Operation Kids will match a portion of your dollars, insuring that every dollar you give is not only managed, but expanded!

In summary, we will evaluate charitable opportunities, facilitate gift-giving, monitor the use of gifts and assess their results, help develop publicity and marketing plans when requested, and match a portion of all donor gifts.

This is unlike anything that has ever been done, particularly on an ongoing basis. I’m convinced it will literally change the way the world looks at charitable giving!

It will take some time to fully transition to this new approach, but the plans are laid and the process is well underway. Watch our website for news as this expansive new vision of giving goes into action. If you want to be part of emails and newsletters that will keep you posted, this would be an excellent time to sign up. . .

Operation Kids looks forward to partnering with you as we make this incredible journey and change the way the world looks at charitable giving.

Nothing seems to be easier than seeing someone whom you can help but not helping.
I suggest we start giving it a try. Give love to the ones that need it.
    God will appreciate it.
